A geologically ancient world with standard gravity, mild climate, and long days, Zhaffrane has a relic population of xenomorph 'snake-people' from the First Age of Space, as well as a minority human population who've arrived since rediscovery, clustered around the starport. It's peaceful and remote, and has become a bit of a tourist destination, despite its wildness. It's known for its weirdly evolved life forms.
